ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Any item being returned must be in complete and unused condition. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned after the 30 day period, will be considered for store credit, and the item and packaging must be in original condition. To begin a return, please call customer service at 717-351-0015.
RETURNING SEASONAL ITEMS
Seasonal merchandise that is in original condition, and has a receipt may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Once a season has passed, returns that are still within the 30 day return period will receive store credit. Holiday returns begin with purchases made on November 1st. These items receive an extended return period that ends on January 31st.
There are many large items in our store that are not available to ship. Size restrictions for packages limit the size of items to offer online. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS
Custom orders are prepaid and are not elligible for a refund. Any store credit given will be solely at the discretion of management.
We take extreme care packing your order. If any item arrives damages, please contact us immediately so we can begin a return. There are several ways we can handle damages merchandise, please contact Customer Service for details.
